DAY 1: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY – THIEN CANH SON CAVE

7.30-7.45 Our modern transfer will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter
12.30 Arrive at Paloma office at Hon Gai harbor. Transferred by tender to Paloma Cruise – Enjoy welcome drink. Receive cruise briefing, check in cabin and begin your cruise.
13.30 Having lunch – delicious Vietnamese set menu (Massage service is available after lunch and throughout the tour).
15:15 – 15:40 Head to Bai Tu Long Bay. Pass the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Monster Head and Teapot Islets and Thien Canh Son Cave. Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave.
15:45 – 18:00 Enjoy relaxing on a white sandy beach at Hon Co island, swimming or kayaking.
18:00 Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets in Cong Dam area. Happy Hour (sunset party).
18:30 Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.
19.15 Sumptuous set-dinner onboard.
21.00 Relaxing on your cabin or join the on board activities: film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room (please book in advance with your tour guide), board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. DAY 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI

06.15 Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
07.00 Have breakfast
07:45 – 09.00 Visit the Vung Vieng floating fishing village by bamboo sampan for an hour in to the village. Short visit to Pearl Farm to learn how natural pearls are created. Then return to Paloma Cruise for your leisure or join one of the following optional activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.
09.45 Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
10:00 Check out cabin
10:30 Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after lunch. Relaxing on the sundeck or in the dining room, enjoying the rest of Halong bay before getting back to harbor.
11.45 Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour. Transfer by tender to the pier. Get on van or car back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi approximate 4:30 PM.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY

06.15 Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served
07.00 Paloma weighs anchor to sail through the bay and pass by several beautiful places such as Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu (Virgin) cave, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc. Early breakfast in the dinning room.
08.30 Transfer to Smaller boat for Lan Ha Bay excursion.
09.30 Guided kayaking and swimming at Three Peaches beach, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise water.
12.30 BBQ lunch is served on beach (depend on the weather or tide levels).
14.00 Continue to discovery Light and Dark Caves (depend on the tide condition ), the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin.
Visit its quaint fishing village and lagoon. Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel under a karst mountain (time permitting).
15.00 Return to Paloma Cruise for dinner and overnight.
16.00 The vessel cruises back to the bay for second overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Happy hour (Sunset party).
19.15 Sumptuous Seafood Set – dinner onboard.
21.00 Relaxing on your cabin or join the on board activities: film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room (please book in advance with your tour guide), board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. DAY 3: VONG VIENG FLOATING VILLAGE – BAI TU LONG BAY – HA NOI

< 4 years old: Free of charge (share transfer seats & bed with adults)
From 4 – 8/9 years old: 75% of adult rates if using extra bed at cabin – depends on each cruise
From 9/10 years older: 100% as adult rates – depends on each cruise

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: [email protected]

For individual guests or group of guests with number of person lower than 6:

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
If cancelled before 1 days or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest with number of person larger than 6:

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
Later or No-Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest whose charters the boat:

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
Later or No-Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

NOTES FOR PASSENGERS

Surcharge 25% for Merry Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Chinese Lunar Year
Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiryâ€¦ otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies … we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).
Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.

Hi I was wondering you do a stalactite tour through the caves or if you pass through them on the boat?

The ship is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming. Lan Ha Bay is magnificent. Service from the staff was good. Our cabin is tidy and comes with a private balcony and bay view bathtub. Overall, we love the trip and will suggest it to family and friends.
