DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY

12:30 Receptionists welcome guests at the Tuan Chau Marina Harbour.
12:45 Captain welcomes guests to Syrena cruises by tender. Check in whilst enjoy a welcome drink, safety briefing and check in cabin.
13:00 Leave Tuan Chau Marina Harbour, discover the Halong Bay – natural wonders of the world. Have lunch while cruising through famous sights including Ba Hang fishing village, Dinh Huong island, Cho Da islet, Ga Choi islet…
14:30 Cruise stops at Bo Nau Cave, the core area of the world natural heritage. Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave – one of the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.
15:45 Leaving Surprise cave, transfer by tender to the Titov island. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach or climb the steps of the rock to the top of the island for photo taking. On the top of the mountain, you can see a corner of magical Halong Bay.
16:45 Back to the cruise. Relax and enjoy sunset on the sun deck. Cruising to the overnight anchorage.
18:00 – 19:00 Enjoy HAPPY HOUR from 18:00 – 19:00 – Buy one drink get one free (wine excluded).
18:30 Join the cooking class and learn how to cook Vietnamese traditional dishes.
19:00 Dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese fusion cuisine.
20:30 Evening activities include:
– Film entertainment in the dining room.
– Squid fishing with our crew.
– Foot reflexology & massage (chargeable): please contact our cruise team to book the service.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI

06:00 Morning wake up call upon request.
06:30 Enjoy Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to Luon Cave.
07:00 Enjoy light breakfast in the restaurant. Coffee, tea, fresh milk, water, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals will be served in the dining room.
08:00 Transfer to Luon Cave by tender. Visit Luon cave by a traditionally woven bamboo boat rowed by a local boatman.
08:30 Return to the cruise, take time to freshen up and check out of the cabins. Please leave your luggage outside your cabins (staff will then transfer to the pier upon arrival for you). Depart for Tuan Chau marina Harbour.
09:15 Enjoy brunch served in the dining room. Settle bills in the dining room after brunch (if any).
10:45 Transfer by tender back to Tuan Chau Harbour and disembarkation.
16:00 You arrive at your hotel in Hanoi.
10:45 â€“ 11:00 Disembark Aphrodite Vessel. End of your trip with Aphrodite Cruise.

09:00 Transfer to the day boat to visit Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island.
10:15 Visit Light and Dark Cave by kayak and enjoy swimming around the boat.
12:00 Day boat cruises to Ba Trai Dao area for parking.
12:30 Enjoy lunch on the day boat.
14:00 Enjoy the 2nd kayaking session (optional).
14:30 Sight-seeing on the day boat, cruising to Halong Bay.
15:30 Visit Halong Pearl farm.
16:30 Back to the Syrena Cruises. Go to the anchorage area.
18:00 – 19:00 HAPPY HOUR – Buy one drink get one free (wine excluded).
18:30 Cooking demonstration.
19:00 Enjoy set menu dinner.
20:30 Squid fishing on the 1st floor at the entrance of the cruise. Movie entertainment, board and card games are also available.

< 4 years old: Free of charge (share transfer seats & bed with adults)
From 4 – 8/9 years old: 75% of adult rates if using extra bed at cabin – depends on each cruise
From 9/10 years older: 100% as adult rates – depends on each cruise

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: [email protected]

For individual guests or group of guests with number of person lower than 6:

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
If cancelled before 1 days or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest with number of person larger than 6:

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
Later or No-Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest whose charters the boat:

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
Later or No-Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

NOTES FOR PASSENGERS

Surcharge 25% for Merry Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Chinese Lunar Year
Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiryâ€¦ otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies … we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).
Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.

Hi I was wondering you do a stalactite tour through the caves or if you pass through them on the boat?

The ship is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming. Lan Ha Bay is magnificent. Service from the staff was good. Our cabin is tidy and comes with a private balcony and bay view bathtub. Overall, we love the trip and will suggest it to family and friends.

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and HLB Team was a part of that. Our cabin was fully equipped and had an excellent bathtub view. We met and were assisted by friendly and happy crew members. Mai and Alex provided exceptional service. They were not only knowledgeable but also helpful throughout the trip.
